Samsung notebook is too slows n210

the netbook is getting too slow, unable to use the wireless. I cannot do anything tell me what shall Ido.
now when i try to log on, I get page to setup the browser.

Just reinstall windows.

Maybe some kind of virus. Just reinstall windows and install good antivirus
