Samsung Picture Recovery

So to make a long story short. I was paddleboarding and my Note 8 was in a Joto case and fell off my board and it's probably safe to say that it's now in the bottom of the lake. I have searched high and low and the pictures that were on my phone were not backed up to my drive or verizon. I have purchased a new phone but of course no pictures came over. I am at a complete loss and this is my fault. It there any way possible to recover the pictures from two years ago? TIA!!

If they aren't backed up to a google account, cloud account, computer, etc., then sadly they are gone. Even if you could somehow get the other phone back, it would be toast and the images 99.9% unlikely to be retrievable from it or a card.
