samsung plasma tv

will a 480p plasma tv play 1080p videos? it's 43 inch and it has a 852 x 480 resolution. I'm scared that it won't display because i'll be using this tv to play games

When you connect your PC, Xbox, etc. it should detect your resolution and adjust itself to display 480p. When you play your video, you will still see the whole image, the device will just downstep the video's resolution. This being said, you aren't going to notice a difference between a Blu-ray disc and a DVD on this resolution TV.
