Tablet is charged. It updated and when restarting it only got as far as the "SAMSUNG" screen and stopped. It has no response at this point. If I push and hold off/on button it does nothing. If I push off/on button plus volume down button it turns off but immediately tries to restart and only gets to the above described point. Anyone have an answer or fix?

Try seeing if you can get it to restart in "Safe Mode". Should this get the tablet to fully load, then you probably have an app (or few) on the device that is causing the issue. You would need to find and uninstall them.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Had tried this before and it did not work..I left it on the charger all night and it was dead this morning. I am quite sure the charger is working because it had charged to 67% when I had left it for the night. I will try it again when it is charged.
