SAMSUNG ue55 es8000 and receiver sony str dh550 hdmi arc no sound

Hello All! I conect my tv samsung ue55es8000 to hdmi2 slot labeled arc and the receiver sony str dh550 on hdmi out slot arc labeled but no Sound,only home video screen from my receiver , the cable work ,the same problem ,with another tv samsung ue 46 c8970 no Sound
Plecase some help !!!

You may need to turn ARC on and the TV speakers off in the TV menu to get it working.
You may also need to assign ARC to an input in the receiver set up menu,
Check the owner manuals.

The tv samsung ue55es8000 dont have function arc on/off ! I try to turn off the tv speaker , but no sound and i think if both tv and receiver sony have port hdmi labeled Arc Maybe they asign automaticlly...
