SB Audigy 2 ZS Audio (D8C0)

My mic was working fine till I had to move my desk and disconnected everything. Now I reconnected all back but the sound doesn't work.

My Device Manager says I have SB Audigy 2 ZS Audio (D8C0) but when I tried to install the update from CNET it says it cannot find it ???
Can somebody help me please?

Thats because you may have improperly connected the device. Make sure the physical connections are placed properly and restart your computer.
