SD Card, Antivirus, Formatting

Hiii... My SD CARD is affected by viruses. I transf erd my data with antivirus scanning due to which I didnt lost anything. Now I want to Format my SD Card and I did it almost 20 times . I also scanned with antivirus but it is not showing any virus in my card. Now I want to format but always it shows that formatting is not completed and I am getting again that data. I also try to delete all files but after refreshing it again comes.
How I can Clear my all data From SD CARD.

What way are you trying to do the format ? Through your phone or the computer ? Are you using a card reader ?
