Sd card unreadable

I have a Samsung Galaxy camera with a SD card in it. When I take the card out it won't upload to my iPad with a SD card reader. My SD card from my go pro works fine. But when I put this one into the reader it tells me there aren't any pics to upload even though they are there when it's in the camera. Am I doing something wrong or is there anything I can do to make them show up to upload?

I have a sd card from my galaxy camera that won't read in my iPad Lightening to SD card camera reader. There are pics on it when it's in the camera but it tells me there aren't any pics to upload when I try to transfer them. The card from my go pro was no problem. Is there something I can do to make it read so I can reansfer the pics.
