Seagate 1tb External Hard Disk, only working in windows 7 not in any higher OS

I have a seagate 1tb Hard Disk, until few weeks ago it was working fine. Now, it is only working with windows 7. I have tried it in windows 8, 8.1 and 10, its not working in any of these higher OS. I've also tried different USB cables. The only thing comes in My Computer is the new drive letter nothing else. In devices and printer it shows as a expansion.

Please help.

I'd recommend you go to Disk management in Windows and check how the external HDD is recognized there. Making a screenshot might be helpful. If you have data on the HDD, I'd advise you to be careful and make sure you have it backed up on the Windows 7 computer (since you can only access it from there). While in Disk Management, I'd recommend you try to right-click on the external HDD's volume and change the drive letter assignment. This procedure might help you access the external properly.

Hi,
I've tried to change the Drive letter and still no help. I've provided the snapshots.
Also, now I've even format the Hard disk, still same issue.
