Second screen menu keeps popping up

Hello,
My Daughter recently got a HP laptop. On any screen, desktop or explorer while typing a menu to the right pops up asking us to choose an option for a second screen. The letters that are typed dont seem to matter

Hi, what happened to your daughter's laptop? i am also experiencing the same problem now 🙁
