Sharp Aquos Smart TV isn't being very smart

So a couple months ago I got a Sharp Aquos Smart TV. Lets just say I was really disappointed to begin with, but as long as Netflix worked it didn't matter to me. Well a couple weeks ago Netflix stopped working for a while but started working again and then stopped working again. It is constantly working and not working which is really annoying. When I try to launch Netflix is just says "Unable to launch this app". Any help?
 
On my entry-level Sony, it takes up to 30 seconds after I turn it on, before I can use Netflix. I was explained it's "booting."

Now if you have this problem all the time and not just after turn on, then you need to talk to Sharp.
