My friend bought them and while we communicate on skype, discord or ts i can hear his game sound and every sound coming from his pc through his mic... Please help.. is this reason to ask for replacement?

You might ask him to right-click the speaker icon - most likely in the lower right screen corner.

If he goes into the Playback devices and Recording devices there may be a setting that he can control. Find the microphone and drill down into the various properties and tabs that can be configured.

Go online and communicate. Have him look over the settings and try some changes - one at a time.
