Hi, after installing Skype on my SD Card (and finding it didn't work), I
installed it again into Main Memory, but now every time I turn on my ipaq, I
get the message "Cannot execute \SD Card\Skype for Pocket PC\Skype.exe".

I've looked in \Windows\Startup but there is nothing for Skype

Any Ideas?

Your best option is to remove Skype using the Remove Programs on your Pocket
PC. Then remove it from your computer using the ActiveSync Add/Remove tool.

Soft reset your Pocket PC, open File Explorer and delete the Skype folder in
both the main memory and the SD Card.

Reinstall Skype and try again. If it persists you might want to remove it
again and manually delete any registry keys left behind on your Pocket PC -
but this is dangerous if you delete any key not related to Skype.

I had this kind of problem before with other software. It seems some
developers think users will never remove their software and leave garbage on
the registry.

Thanks for your help, I used PHM Regedit and restored an old Registry backup
and it seems to have fix it.
MS should add "System Restore for Windows Mobile" just like 2K/XP!
