Skype Suspicious Alerts

So, I recently got a virus on my PC (MPC software and other unwanted stuff if you were wondering).I was pretty much spammed with ads at first but I managed to get rid of them and was left to deal with MPC,. I thought I had sorted it all, but everytime I load up Skype, I get this weird message (I will post pic Below) Does anyone know if this is normal or if it is a virus, and if so what can I do to get rid of it.
