Some one can help me with my laptop

I cant boot to win7 and cant boot to usb flash althougt I have checked the bios boot selections
The problem is, the laptop isn't booting from the usb drive no matter what. I checked the bios booting selections many times, and the priority was for USB Flash Drive, but still the laptop isn't responding to that!

Any help will be appreciated,

I tried the USB flash drive on another laptop, and it worked smoothly!

Make sure to connect the USB to a USB 2.0 port.
SecureBoot might need to be disable.
What's the model of your laptop?

My bios not have security boot
My laptop can show ufei usb boot from boot menu but cant boot from it
And my laptop is asus k55a
