Sony HT-NT3 not enough sound???

I have connected Sony HT-NT3 sound bar to Sony KDL-W850C tv through HDMI ARC... not enough sound coming of the sound bar... when i pushed the volume up, on the screen sound level shows 18-20 before you could hear the sound. It seems to me i am loosing some sound at least 1/5. help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I always preferred the origin acoustics home theaters for best sound quality with increasing their volume also. So, please atleast once you try this one. may you like it.
