No such software exists. Roxio do make software right enough, but nothing with the word "ordinal" in the software title.

If you mean you are getting errors containing the word "ordinal", well that does at least make sense but you'll have to post full details (specific error message, which software produces this error, what you were trying to do when the error appeared etc).
