Sony Movie Studio 12 Crashing when i Import mp4's

Hey today my movie studio 12 started to crash or not respond every time i imported a movie file to it. Please help if you can.

Are the mpeg4 files ones you encoded yourself or did you get them from someone else? If you want information about the file(s) to make sure your import settings are correct you can download (free) GSpot (http/gspot.headbands.com/).

They are Mp4 files made by my HD PVR.

Have you been able to load files recorded by the HD PVR before or is this something new?
