Sony vaio laptop still won\'t boot up

I have a sony vaio PCG-FXA53 notebook computer and when trying to boot up it comes with the message Inf file txtsetup.sif is currupt or missing status 32768. what can I do?

So, is this happening when you try to boot from a CD, i.e. the windows disc or just a regular boot up?
