Sony vaio m series back to factory settings

I need to restore my netbook to factory settings. How can I do this? Please help desperate need

very easy in windows 8 but in windows 7 you need to reload the operating system.

It said so in the documentation. Try it and find out. If it starts the recovery and you want to stop you can always cancel.

I called Sony and you just have to start computer and just hit f10 do not use alt key at all. It restored and my computer is working just fine. Thanks to everyone for helping.
