Sony Vegas 13 render lighting issues

In Vegas 13 after rendering my videos, the rendered complete video has random moments where the light in the video fliers brighter and darker, it does it at random moments. Recorded my videos as avi and then rendered at .wmv but it doesn't matter what format I render it in, it always does it and colour correction etc does not work. I will post the video up for people to see and my render settings when I get a response

did you render at a constant bitrate? I believe it's set to variable on default so set it to constant, then set a good bitrate and render

np, took me hours to figure out why my videos would artifact on the variable bitrate
