sony wireless headphones

I have sony wireless headphones but cannot connect them to my tv. my tv does not have audio out or a headphone jack. how do I make these work?

Wireless can be 900 MHz wireless or Bluetooth so which one is it?

Your TV does not have an RCA (red and white round port) Audio out jack?
