Special Keys of the Keyboard

My issue is that my laptop Satellite L55Dt-C5209S, after a restore, didn't recognize the special keys of volume, bright, play, rewind and forward in F1-F12 that function before very well.
Only the volume keys function with Fn.
Help me...

Some Function keys work alone without Fn and those keys can do two things. One alone and the other with Fn. Have you tried without the Fn key?
