I would like to be able to split the coax cable coming in from my dish network dish and have it connected to 4 locations in the bedroom where I can then move my receiver to any of the 4 locations and have it work. What kind of splitter do I need? The receiver will only be connected to 1 location at any given time.

Solution
Those are ham radio switches and are useless for DISH network systems.
You are going to need, what is called, a multiswitch. It will distribute all the LNBs to all the locations you want to move the box to.

You will need one for your particular DISH system. I would consult the company above. It may have to be located in an inconvenient spot.
If all these locations are in the same room why not use a 1x4 HDMI distribution amp to send the DISH box output to all the TVs at the same time. Nothing to move and all the cables are connected once. No waiting for the box to reboot every time you unplug it to move it.
