Stabilize HD mini camera

I've tried different suggestions but not yet found a good solution. How can I stabilize a small HD GoPro camera from vibrations. I enclose my own video where it is all vibrating:

I watched the video. This is a difficult clip to make. For any kind of good results, first you need to steady yourself and then hold the video camera very steady. On a boat? Very challenging! Image stabilization technology will not work because of the much higher than normal movements.
