Steam Support Help??

My friends steam account got hacked about a month ago and his email got hacked also and changed to another persons email. The day his account got hacked we both sent in a steam support ticket with all the information required in order to recalim the account like address and proof that its your account like a visa card # that he used in order to buy games. Yet steam support has yet to answer and its been about a month and we have both sent in multiple of the steam tickets.

While we sympathize with your friends dilemma, there's absolutely nothing we can do to assist. You may wish to post in steams forums also as they do not monitor ours and we have no affiliation with them.
