Still getting ads from Tomsguide in my Windows Notification Box in Chrome

I downloaded a product from Tom's Downloads. Now, everytime I open up Chrome, I get an ad from them in my notifications. How can I turn it off? I have contacted this forum before and I was told to update my profile and cancel notifications/subscriptions. However, it showed that I had just signed up, but I have been getting these for over a month (before signing up)

How can I just turn off notifications? This latest one said that I can get an Echo for $99 from Tomsguide.com.

Thx

MERGED QUESTION
Question from leefieux : "It won't unsubscribe me!!!! I am still getting notifications!"

I've unsubscribed, deleted my account, yet it still exists!!! (I am typing this on my account).

Yesterday I got an ad for the New Amazon Echo

Today, I got the article: Avengers Endgame: Watch The Trailer Right Now

When is this going to stop? Do you have any other options?

Please delete, shred or do whatever you have to so that I no longer get this. It's not like you've made a happy customer and/or I am going to want to come back! All I did was download one freaking app. I am sorry now that I did. :(
