Sudden laptop shutdown no led charging indicator. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hey guys,
I have an Acer aspire pro vn7-nitro and yesterday I was playing some casual csgo when suddenly my laptop shutdown. At the time my laptop was plugged in and after the shutdown there was no led indicator of charging either.I tried holding down the power button and the battery reset but none of that has been working. This has happened to me once before but within a day after it happened, it started to work again so I never paid it much attention. Anyone have any idea or clue about what's happened?

UPDATE: My laptop has suddenly started working again approximately 24 hours after the blackout as the issue happened around 5:50 PM yesterday. I would still like to know what the issue was though

Sounds like something is overheating and that is causing the shut down. Which then wouldn't start up again until it has cooled off.

Try installing a monitoring program like say Speedfan or any other that can monitor the temps.

I use MSI afterburner while gaming and all temps were normal so far as I could tell pre-shutdown
