svchost.exe extremely high cpu usage destroying computer

Here latley i will be playing games i could always run perfectly fine like fortnite and my game will just start running at like 3 fps. So i checked to see what was causing the problem and its svchost.exe using up 60% of my cpu at all times, Sometimes it spikes to even more than that but on average 60%. I bought Zemana anti-malware premium to try and get rid of the virus. Meanwhile i have Bitdefender Total Security 2018. Bitdefender keeps blocking malicious attacks from svchost.exe, Meanwhile Zemana will pick it up as a virus and i will click repair but nothing happens. It says it is a "Hallow Process". I really dont know what to do but this virus is literally destroying my computer i cant even game anymore because once svchost.exe starts running it just demolishes my cpu. Does anybody know a way to fix this either than reinstalling windows 10?

Make a bootable cd or usb and try cleaning from a clean environment:

Edit: you can also try uninstalling all software you’re not actively using and patching everything you keep.
