Text readme file looks broken.

I have downloaded Office 2016 but the readme file is unreadable. I looks like broken or something.
The text in the file looks like this:

Óñòàíîâèòå Office, íàæàâ êíîïêó "Install Office"

Is there any way to fix the text files? Maybe its related to some Russian encoding or something I don't understand.

Okay so I think you might be able to read this directly in Russian, but the text I quoted looks broken and definitely not Russian.

I know what you see, and why you don't see it the way I see it. There is no "ReadMe.txt" file in standard Office dist4ibution media. Hacked copies, however, contain such a file, and you happened to have hacked Russian distribution.

So, unless you answer USAFret question properly - don't steal!
