there is a problem with my trancend 4 gb sdcard. when i use to open gallary it shows "sd card unmounted or not present". after rebooting it shows files but after sometime it is same as before. While in File Manager it shows all Data but nothing could be deleted. Formatted on pc but after sometime there is all files. I m unable to download anything while I have formatted my phone too. Mobile phone is Micromax A25........Android 2.3.6

Hey I also have Qmobile Noir A10 (Same as Micromax A110)

Your memory card looks right protected. You can't format as it prevents you to modify, downloading also requires to write data that is also prevented as card is right protected.

Is there any switch on your card for right protection?
Connect SD card to computer using SD adapter, or with cable
Press Win + R buttons and type "diskmgmt.msc" and hit enter
Right click your card and try formating.

If doesn't work, go to run and type "cmd" hit enter
type "diskpart"
after that type "list disk"
then "select disk x" x is your number of sd card
then type "format quick"

If this doesn't work then try on google. Also check files aren't set to read only or hidden. To check select all files in PC and right click -> properties.

Thanks for ur valuable info but problem still remains. After formatting it shows empty disk but re-inserting it again all files are there. using diskpart when i select disk 1 (1 is no. of my sd card) it is selected but dong " format quick" it shows " no volume is selected".
After right click on files one by one it shows..... Read only . while unchecked it and go to another file it again checked.

If it says write protected try using this app: http/www.itdunya.com/attachments/248270d1280043036-usb-write-protected.rar and again first one.
