When I try to open old turbotax returns in adobe reader, it gives me this message. All other documents work fine, it's only this one. I tried : [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\11.0\Privileged]
"bProtectedMode"=dword:00000000 and changing it in software, but nothing worked. Any ideas?

did you try to open it as administrator .
