top bar on keyboard is not working

Just bought a new asus zenbook UX310UA FC212T. I live in Belgium so I installed my language in Dutch and my keyboard was put in azerty while the original keyboard is qwerty. So I changed it to qwerty (the international version from the VS). Now are the keys matching what I am typing but the only problem I have now is that the upper bar from my keyboard isn't woriking. (the bar with soundlevels, for making your screen more bright, delete button...). what can I do to fix it?

Am betting there is an ASUS specific driver you need to re-install, maybe hotkey.inf or something.
