Toshiba 24W1334G - TV won't turn on and light keeps blinking between red and green

Hi!
I've bought this TV a year ago and since then I use it as my PC second monitor.
Today I was turning it on and the it won't. The power light kept blinking between red and green and it's still doing that. I took off the plug several times and it kept blinking.
If you could help me that would be great.

Suggest you contact Toshiba tech support, If you have the owners manual (or can download it) it might tell you what that blinking suggests. First guess it bad power supply board. If it has a 1 year warranty you might still be covered.
