Toshiba C75-A problem

Why is my notebook shutting down randomly. I have cleaned the heatsink and the fan, I even applied Arctic Silver Polysynthetic compound and my fan is working fine. its not the overheating because my cpu temperature are around 38 degree celsius.please help

Hi, when you mean that your laptop is shutting down, it's like when you press the power button to shutdown the laptop.

Yes it's turns off by itself without any warning.

The adapter is connected when it turns off?

yes and I also removed battery

When the laptop is on and without the battery, try moving gently the adapter's wire in the DC jack, if the laptop shuts down you know you have a bad connection. If not, go in the BIOS and leave it like that, if it will shut down, then something on the motherboard is defective.

connection between DC jack and laptop is working ,but when I went in Bios it shutted down after 30 mins

It seems that some components on the motherboard with heat shuts down the laptop. In the BIOS, you don't have the sleep mode, so you know it's not Windows who cause the problem. Try again with just a full charge battery, go in the BIOS and wait.
