Toshiba Factory Reset, led to Black Screen

I have a Toshiba Satellite U945-S4110. It runs Windows 10.

I did a factory reset as it had a lot of files and I wanted to clean it up for use with school.

After the reset the computer restarted. But the screen after the reset stopped working.

When you push power, the white and the orange light comes on. But the screen doesnt flicker or do anything. If power cord is plugged in than the only difference is that an extra orange light is on to show its charging.

I'm not sure if the reset deleted a file for the screen maybe or if there is an easy fix. Any help is appreciated.

Exactly the same issue here with the same laptop...

Just to follow up... After diagnosing the board I noticed that all the power rails where fine except the +GFX_CORE which had no power. I was able to fix the problem by flashing the EC flash with an SPI programmer, when I booted the first time after the fix I got a BSOD and had to flash the EC again, I then reinstalled windows and it's working fine now.
