toshiba factory restore key

Done a restore on old tosh but a bout 12 mysterious files left on data drive taking up lot of room called 2cf6ea87d3f97dbf33d4 etc, any idea what they are? How can I get rid of them, says I don't have permission etc thanks

They are temp files left over by software installing. Normally safe to delete, but you need to take ownership first.

Download this safe zip @ http/www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html

Install Takeown, now right-click and select Takeown.

You now have permission to delete.
