TRANSFERING KODAK EASYSHARE CAMERA VIDEOS

I have a Kodak Easy Share CX7430 dig cam that I need to transfer a video from to a memory chip. When I put the chip in - it tells me the INTERNAL memory is full (no ***!) that's why I want to xfr it to a memory chip. This is the most annoying HARD to USE stupid thing - why don't they make EASIER TO OPERATE , USER FRIENDLY cameras?!
When I xfr it to the EasyShare photo album all I get is the blank grey 'picture' with the jagged line in the middle. Pictures will xfr , just not the videos.

Have you tried to move the file without using the Easy Share software? By this I mean have you tried the memory card in a card reader on the computer?
