Translation Softwares (English to French)

I want a software which can translate english to french for PC without Internet.
Yeah! I will download it from the internet.
WITHOUT INTERNET means, it will not need internet for translating.
Can someone please give me the link for downloading such software.

Im sure that you can find plenty of free software by doing a quick google search. Though I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't just use google translate...
