Trident Z RGB Software crashes

Hello, i would like to ask you something. When i first installed 16GB 2400 MHz Trident RGB it worked normally on its rainbow preset. I downloaded their beta g.skill software to change lightning effects, and it worked normally. But then the software started crashing for no reason, it wont even open anymore (tried reinstalling it) and RAM is just sitting there without even any lightning (just white top). Its still working though but it just works as regular ram and doesnt even light up. I would like to know if anyone have answer how can i turn on the lights if its even software fault for it not working (i never disable lights). Thanks for answer (software crash reports down there).
