Trouble deciding Gaming Headset 7.1 or Headphone + mic

Hello there,

I'm having trouble deciding to either buy a 7.1 Gaming headset looking at the G633 Artemis Spectrum or a closed headphone and separate microphone. I play games like CS GO so I do want to hear footsteps around me so I can easily locate them and all that but I also watch alot of movies and listen to music frequently and do want some good sound quality. My budget is max 200$. So I hope someone can help me out of this dilemma.
(currently have a G35 Logitech headset)

Razer ManO'War Wireless 7.1

Definitely won't recommend buying a separate mic for gaming
