Trouble with Music

I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and the Samsung Music app does not open. When i open the app i get this message 'Unfortunately, music has stopped'. I deleted all my songs, cleared the data and the cache yet i get the same message. Please help me.........!!!!!

Is the app up to date? Have you tried restarting the device itself?
