TV problems has light but doesn't turn on (sometimes it will)

So my tv doesn't turn on and if it does it could be 10 minutes or 8 hours, I've check the capacitors and they all look fine no bulging. So apparently its the Inverter, but I don't know which board its on, I've looked online and they were all on a separate board I've got 2 boards on my TV, one which is Power board (white) and one has the ports on it, I'm guessing this is the board with the inverter. I just want to make sure before I buy the part because the power board is $60 and the other one is only $20
