Tv sound like speaker is broken

I have a samsung 46 in .tv. Picture is great no problem there. But the sound on the tv sounds like the speaker have a hole on them ? Unable to understand what it saying. I have the caption on so i know what the words are it is saying. Help please.

First ry tetuning the channels on the TV to see if the sound clears up.

If not, then try external speakers to see if it sounds better.
