UHD Movies with Grainy Image

Hi,

I've been noticing, some of my UHD movies are Grainy and some of them are crystal clear, can anyone tell me why?
And I'm talking about latest movies here, some examples are below

Grainy Image
1) Downsizing
2) Jurassic World 2015

Crystal Clear Image
1) Pacific Rim Uprising
2) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2

Are you streaming these (if so, from what source), or via disk?

Remux directly from Bluray, but seems some Blurays are just having grainer images than others.
A quick search says, some movies are shot that way and some have a more refined picture. Not sure what to believe

This is true. The way shot does matter.

I wonder if the movie source is HDR color palette but being displayed on a non-HDR TV or TV in non-HDR mode. MediaInfo is a great tool for checking this info. If you see BT.709, it is regular (SDR color). If you see BT.2020, it is HDR color.
