Undetected Graphics Cards

Hello, I just bought an MSI GT75VR Titan pro and am having a problem. None of my graphics cards are detected by the laptop. A GTX 1080 and intel graphics are not even shown in the device manager. The CPU is fine so I do not understand why it's only the GPUs that are acting up. Right now I am running on Microsoft basic display adapter. Any ideas? I can't download nvidia drivers due to the fact that the laptop does not detect the GPU and I don't have any previous drivers of them since I just bought the laptop.

It is completely possible the GPU is damaged. If this is a new device I would so return it. If it is a used one I would still contact the seller about the problem. No one should be selling a device that isn't functioning correctly.
