Unlock memory card sony

Just uploaded photos and replaced card for formatting ready to use again sign comes up memory card locked, please help I have never seen this before

Take the memory stick out of the camera, look at either the left or right side of the memory stick. Locate the little bar on the side and move it in the opposite direction. That should do the trick.
