Unlocking a Radeon 6950 to 6970

Does anyone know if this Radeon model will unlock to a Radeon 6970, stable?

apparently you look at the pcie connector at the bottom, if it has the words and logo amd on it, then you might be able to. But this one defintely not

Ahh, people say it does have the switch though, but I do want a really damn good chance of it happening.

Would you know if either of these have it then?

The switch is just a dual bios feature, all of the cards have them. Only the cards with the reference PCB (hence the AMD logo) have the change to unlock. The cards that you listed, use non-reference PCBs, therefore, will not unlock.
