unlocking Powercolor x800gto

ok I read around some say you can, some say you cant unlock the 4 extra pipelines on the card, only on x800gto2. So what is it? and if you can how? I read something about ATItool? and flashing the bios? this is the card Powercolor x800gto Thank you.
