Unlocking Vodaphone Phone

Right so let me get this clear:

1. I have a phone locked to Vodafone network
2. I want to unlock it so i can use my ID Mobile sim, when i put it in it asks for a code
3. I have entered it wrong 3 times and it now says "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK"
4. I have contacted Vodafone and they have given my an NUC and a PUK and they are both WRONG
5. I even contacted ID Mobile for a PUK code and that didn't work
6. I still have the message "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK"
7. I got through to a technician team at Vodafone who only gave me the same NUC code that was WRONG, what do i do???

so it was unlock from Vodafone, and while you are switching to ID mobile sim, you put in the pin code wrong 3 time?
should be ID mobile PUK
